  • Fish 1/2 kg
  • Malva Nuts, 30 
  • Fermented fish, 1 small bowl
  • Eggplant, 3
  • Golden apple Snails, 2 g (If need)
  • Turkey berry, 2 buddle
  • Yardlong bean, 3 
  • Spring onion, 4 stalks
  • Coriander, 4 stalks
  • Marsh mint (Depends amount)
  • Lemon grass (Depends amount)
  • Green chilies (Depends amount)

Method

  1. Soak Malva Nuts for 30-45 minutes
  2. Heat the water, add lemon grass 
  3. Clean fish and add to the pot. Covered 
  4. Slice yardlong bean, eggplants, coriander, spring onion, green chilies, and snail.
  5. Then, add fermented fish to the pot. after cooked fish, leave it cool
  6. Cut out Malva Nut peels
  7. Mix fish with Malva Nut. Then, add soup and prepared herbs
  8. Mix everything together, taste and adjust.
