Ingredients

  • Rice noodle (Khaopoun)
  • Native chicken
  • Coconut milk
  • Dry pepper
  • Chopped red onion
  • Chopped garlic
  • Salt

Vegetables

  • Marsh mint
  • Sweet Basil
  • Green chilies
  • Cabbage
  • Boiled bamboo shoot
  • Yard long bean

Method

  1. Heat the pot, boil chicken for 45 minutes. Transfer chicken to the bowl and continue heat water in the pot
  2. Chop or slice chicken with small pieces or whatever you want (Pound if need)
  3. Soak dry pepper for 30 minutes. Then, chopped
  4. Heat the pan, add vegetable oil in order to fry garlic and onion. Add coconut milk and chopped dry pepper. Stir for 5-7 minutes (Always stir during fry)
  5. When the coconut was cooked, bring it into the chicken pot and follow up by chopped chicken. Boil for 5 minutes
  6. Add salt and adjust
  7. Wash vegetables and serve
