Sin Ded Diaw cook by varied of herb such as dill (treat cough), pepper (Body fat burning), and garlic (reduce stomach ache)

Ingredients

  1. Beef 1/2 kg
  2. Oyster sauce
  3. 5 Dill's root
  4. Fish sauce 5 table spoons
  5. white sesame seeds 2 table spoons
  6. Sugarcane 2 table spoons
  7. 3 cloves of garlic, pounded
  8. Black pepper 1 tea spoon, pounded

Method

  1. cut beef into pieces (Not too thin or thick)
  2. mix all of preparing stuff with beef
  3. Making dry by leaving under the sun for 4-5 hours (turn otherside of meat around 2-3 times)
  4. Then, bring it for fried or grill before serving

Noted: Serve with sticky rice and Jeow is a perfect dish
