Ingredients

  • 1 cup of Celery
  • ¼ cup of syrup (or more)
  • 2 cups of water

Method

  1. Wash the celery and chop the celery into small pieces. 
  2. Put the chopped celery together with the water into a blender and blend the mixture. 
  3. If you want to, you can strain the water through a thin cotton after blending to get the water out for drinking. 
  4. Add syrup to the celery juice (as much as you want) and mix it.
  5. Transfer the juice to the glass or bottle to keep it in the refrigerator for serving later.
