Ingredients
•    Bamboo shoot
•    1 Ginger or galangal
•    3-4 Chilies
•    1/2 teaspoon for alt
•    1/2 teaspoon for stock powder
•    1 onion or 3 cloves for garlic
•    5 stalks for Vietnamese balm (Pak Huit)
•    3 leaves for sawtooth herb
•    1 tablespoon for white sesames stirred and pound.

Method
1.    Roast chilies, ginger, onion, garlic and put into the mortar with salt and chicken stock power, pound.
2.    Slight boiled or roasted bamboo (small pieces, 1 plate)
3.    Chopped fresh herb
4.    Add sesames seed and all ingredients to the bowl, mixed.
5.    Taste and adjust.
