Ingredients
- 5 frogs
- 4-5 cloves of garlic
- 8-10 chilies
- 1 cup of chopped holy basil
- 1 cup of chopped spring onion

- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- ½ cup of water
Method
- Cut the frogs into pieces of 2-3 cm and put the pieces into a bowl.
- Add the salt, the soy sauce, and the oyster sauce into the bowl and mix it with the frog.
- Pound the garlic and the chilies. Chop the holy basil.
- Heat the pan and add the vegetable oil for stirring the garlic cloves. Then, add the chilies and the pieces of frogs. Stir it for 4-5 minutes until the frogs are soft.
- Add the water and the basil and spring onions.
