Ingredients
  •  1 kg, garlic
  •  1 kg, sugar
  •  ½ L, sour water
  •  2 tablespoons for salt
  •  1 L, limewater
  •  A jar

Method
  1.  Peel and clean the garlic, soak lime water for 5 hours. Cleaning the water one more time and strained
  2.  Heat the wok, add sugar, salt and water for boiling to dissolve. Close the fire, add lime water (keep the water by straining for pickle)
  3.  Put garlic into the jar following by pickle water. Covered and leave it for 30-40 days before serving
