Spicy buffalo skin salad with banana flower

Ingredients
- Soft buffalo skin
- 1 small banana flower
- 5 Lao eggplants
- 1 small bowl of pennywort
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon of fish sauce
- 2 tablespoon of roasted sticky rice
- 2 lemons
- 5-8 chillies
- coriander
Method
- Mix the lemon with some water for cutting the banana flower. After that, strain the water out of the banana flower.
- Cut the buffalo skin, the eggplants, the pennywort, and the chillies into small pieces.
- Put the buffalo skin, the banana flower, the eggplants, and the pennywort into a bowl.
- Add the salt, the fish sauce, the roasted sticky rice, the lemons, and the chillies. Mix it all together.
- Taste the salad and adjust it when needed. When the salad has the desired taste, it is ready to be served.
