Preserve lime (Dong Mark Naow)

This is an easy dish to make, just have salt and lime.

Ingredients
  •  20 for fresh lime
  •  500 g, Sugar
  •  1 L, Water
  •  100 g, Salt
  •  Jar
Method
  1.  Scrape out lime’s skin and cleaning. Stream for 15 minutes, leave it cool.
  2.  Heat the water with sugar, salt. Boil till it was dissolved and leave it cool 
  3.  Put lime into the jar following up by boiled water. Covered and leave for 25-30 days.

Noted

ໍ  -   To avoid acrid or bitter, scrape out lime’s skin before fermentation.
  -   Do not add sugar for salt favor.
