Ingredients
• 1 kg, Star gooseberry
• 200 g, Sugar
• 1 L, Water
• 100 g Salt
• 1 L, Limewater
• Jar
Method
1. Soak fresh Star gooseberry with Limewater for 5 hours, then transfer to the bowl for cleaning and strain
2. Add sugar, salt and water to the wok, boiled to dissolved. Leave it cool (keep water to make preservation)
3. put star gooseberry into the jar, then toss preservation water. Covered for 15-20 days before serving.
