Ingredients

  • A large cup of corn
  • Medium cup of Sticky rice flour
  • ½-1 cup of sugar
  • 1 tea spoon for salt
  • 1 small cup of mince coconut piece 
  • corn's glumes

Method

  • Pound or shake corn (not too much mince)
  • Mix corn with flour, sugar, salt and coconut pieces.
  • For fragrant, Make packets with corn's glume
  • Heat the pot for streaming (20-30 minutes)
  • Then, remove one of the packets from the pot for testing if it is cooked
  • Close the stove and transfer corn packets to the plate for serving
