Ingredients

  • 2 kg for coconut pieces
  • 1 kg for sugar
  • Water

Method

  • Slice coconut pieces into small pieces and cleaning. Stain for a while after cleaning the water
  • Heat the pot, then add coconut pieces and sugar
  • Stir and reduce the heat when sugar dissolve to the coconut pieces
  • Then, remove the pot from the stove and transfer coconut pieces to the bowl. Bring it for drying under the sun for a day after cooling. served

suggestion

  • keep in the dry place, cleaned plastic or box in order to keep it for long (3 months). Do not allow to keep near sun light
  • Add pandanus for color
