Stir-fried Hairy Water Lily

we always used Hairy Water Lily for making food and dessert

Ingredients

  • 8-10 for Hairy Water Lily (10 cm for each one)
  • 2-3 cloves for garlic 
  • 1 head for onion
  • 2 table spoons for oil
  • 3 chilies

Method

  • peel Hairy Water Lily
  • cut Hairy Water Lily into small pieces, thin or thick
  • slice chilies, garlic and onion
  • heat the pan for fried garlic and onion
  • wait for few minutes when the garlic turned the color, add  Hairy Water Lily and chilies
  • stir for 4-5 minutes
  • transfer to the plate for serving

Variation

  • able to add chicken, pork and shrimp
