Ingredients
•    ½ cup of dry roselles
•    2 cups of sugar
•    1 tablespoon of salt
•    5 cups of water

Method
1.    Clean the dry roselles. 
2.    Heat the water and add the dry roselles. Boil the roselles until they turn into a red colour and become soft.
3.    Strain the water from the mixture and heat the mixture one more time.
4.    Add the sugar and the salt when it cooks and close the stove again. 
5.    Transfer the juice to the glass or bottle to keep it in the refrigerator for serving later. 

Suggestion

  • Drink the roselle juice with ice for a refreshing drink.
