Grilled sticky rice (Khaw ping)

Ingredients
- 1 small Ka Tib Khao (cooked sticky rice)
- 5 eggs
- 1 cup of fermented fish (Pa daek)
- 1 cup of cracker sticky rice (pound)
- Some Chilies
- ½ cup of coconut milk
- ½ tea spoon of sugar
- 1 tea spoon of salt
Method
- Mix the cooked sticky rice with ½ tea spoon of salt and all the sugar. Leave it for 10 minutes.
- Make circle shaped slices and bake them for a few minutes.
- Smash all the eggs into a bowl and add the cracker sticky rice together with ½ tea spoon of salt. Mix the ingredients and add the chilies as well.
- Put the rice on the grill together with the fermented fish and cover it within the egg mixture.
- Bake again for anther 5-10 minutes.
- Then, the grilled sticky rice is ready to be served.
Notes
- There are many different versions of grilled sticky rice, such as spicy and normal.
- For a more salted version, add more salt within the egg mixture.
