Stir-fried Hairy Water Lily
we always used Hairy Water Lily for making food and dessert

Ingredients
- 8-10 for Hairy Water Lily (10 cm for each one)
- 2-3 cloves for garlic
- 1 head for onion
- 2 table spoons for oil
- 3 chilies
Method
- peel Hairy Water Lily
- cut Hairy Water Lily into small pieces, thin or thick
- slice chilies, garlic and onion
- heat the pan for fried garlic and onion
- wait for few minutes when the garlic turned the color, add Hairy Water Lily and chilies
- stir for 4-5 minutes
- transfer to the plate for serving
