Mango can be cook for healthy dish or snack. Besides, it is available to make as a gift for friends, family or lover.

Ingredients
  •   Mango (use only old or yellow mango), any quantity

Method
  1.  Peel the mango and cleaning water, then slice into small pieces
  2.  Heat the wok, add mango and often stir. Wait until there is not any bubble, then make it powder by using fruit machine
  3.  Transfer to the small or big plate to make flat shape before drying to under the sun (for 5-6 hours)
  4.  Turn the side for drying and dry under the sun again for a day
  5.  Make a roll of every piece of mango to keep it in the jar or plastic bag for serving. Available to keep for long or make to be a gift for guest or friend.
