Ingredients
- 5 Lao Musutake
- 8 green chilies
- 5 spring onions
- 1/2 teaspoon for salt
Method
- clean and refresh Lao musutake
- grill Lao musutake, chilies and spring onion ( it will take longer time for grilling Lao musutake, around 10-20 minutes)
- cut Lao musutake into small pieces for comfortable while pounding
- add salt, chilies and Lao musutake to the mortar for pounding
- add spring onion and pound again
- taste and adjust
- transfer to the bowl for serving
