Kaeng Joh is a traditional recipe, related with culture and custom of Phouthai ethic which is cooked for festival or important ceremony such as New house, Pi Mai
Ingredients
- meat and bone
- uncook sticky rice
- lemon grass
- dry chilies
- heart leaf
- spring onion
- salt
Method
- Heat the pot, add water, meat and bone. Boil and covered for 2 hours
- Then, Add uncooked sticky rice (Always stir while boiling)
- Finally, add heart leaf, spring onion and adjust (more spicy, more yummy)
