Serve star gooseberry jam as a dessert

Ingredients

  • 1 kg for star gooseberry 
  • 1 kg for sugar
  • 1 table spoon of salt for mixing water
  • 5 L of water

Method

  • clean and boil star gooseberry with salt for 5-10 minutes
  • heat the pot. Add star gooseberry to the pot first,then slowly tossing sugar (reduce the heat of stove when stirring)
  • stew sugar and remove the pot from the stove when sugar dissolved. serve by transferring to the plate
