Pork Floss (Sin Moo Foi)

Pork floss can be ingredient for varies menu.

Ingredients
  •  1 kg, pork
  •  ½ kg, sugar
  •  3 tablespoons, white soy sauce
  •  3 tablespoons, soy sauce

Method
  1.  Make sure that the pork is clean, then cut into medium or large pieces
  2.  Add water to cover the pork, add sugar, white soy sauce, soy sauce. Leave it for 1 hour
  3.  Heat the wok with low fire for stirring the sugar. When sugar turn the color, add pork and water. Boil for 1 hour, then leave it cool
  4.  Shred the pork into small piece, pound in the mortar before drying under the sun for 20- 30 minutes (make sure that the pork did not wet or too dry due to the shape of pork is important)
  5.  Pound one more time for soft pork. Stir till it turn to the golden color (low fire) without oil, leave it cool
  6.  Put it into the jar or plastic bag and keep it within the refrigerator, easy to serve. Available to keep it for long
