Ingredients

  • 10 Paddy straw mushroom
  • 5 shallots
  • 3 garlics
  • 7-10 chilies
  • 1 small bunch for coriander

Method

  1. wash mushroom, the bring it for grilling 
  2. Grill shallots, garlic, and chilies
  3. Pound chilies, shallot, and garlic in the mortar. Then, slice mush room and put into mortar. Pound gain
  4. Transfer to the dish and garnish by sliced of coriander for gaining nice fragrant
  5. Serve
