Harvesting:
When planted at the beginning of the rainy season or rainy 1–2 times in between January to May, rhizomes can be harvested when the leaves start to dry in November to dry season or about 10–12 months in December to April. An area of about 1600 m2 will produce about 1.5–2 tons of raw rhizomes.
