Eggs puree (Ou Kai)

Have you ever figured out "Ou Kai"?
This dish made by eggs, easy to cook and also save for a rainy day.

Ingredients
  •  3 eggs
  •  3 tablespoon for Padaek
  •  3 big chilies
  •  2 head for onion
  •  2 cloves for garlic
  •  3 stalks, Basil
  •  2 stalks for spring onion and coriander
  •  1/2 cup of water

Preparation
  •  pound chilies, garlic and onion
  •  chop spring onion and coriander

Method
  1.  Break the eggs into the wok, mix.
  2. Bring chopped chilies, garlic and spring onion into the wok
  3. Add Padeak
  4. Heat the wok with low fired, stir and taste
  5. put basil and all herbs into the wok, covered for few minuted. serve
