Spicy ant eggs salad (Koiy Khai Mod Som)

Ingredients
- 2 cup of ant eggs
- 1 lemon
- 1 table spoon for fish sauce
- 1 table spoon for chilies powder
- 4 red or green chilies (slice)
- 2-3 table spoons roasted sticky rice (pound)
- 1 cup for spring onion (slice)
- 1 cup for tooth herb (slice)
- 1 cup for mint (slice)
- 1 cup for onion (slice)
Method
- Stream or boil ant eggs (stream or boil is just personal need)
- Add ant eggs, red or green chilies, onion, spring onion, tooth herb, mint to the bowl
- Adjust by fish sauce, roasted sticky rice, lemon, and chilies powder
- Mix everything together, tasted and adjust.
