Make mushroom soup with Yang and local herbs

Ingredients

  • Mushroom 1 plate
  • Pumpkin 1 small bowl (cut into pieces)
  • young Sponge Bourd 1 small bowl (cut into pieces)
  • Pounded chilies 3 tablespoon
  • Young Sponge Bourd 1 plate
  • finger grass 1/2 bunch
  • Yanang leaves extract 1 big bowl
  • Pound Sticky Rice 3 tablespoon
  • Padek 3-4 table spoon

Method

  1. Heat the pot with yanang leaves extract, then put mushroom, pumpkin and sponge bourd
  2. Put pounded sticky rice, chilies and Padek
  3. Wait for 10 minutes or water heat, then add finger grass and young sponge bourd. Covered
  4. Wait until the pot was heat, then transfer to bowl for serving
