ingredients

  • Varieties of insects such as Conehead grasshopper, white grub, short tailed crickets, house crickets
  • Kaffir lime
  • Vegetable oil
  • Salt

Method

  1. Wash all the prepared insect
  2. Heat the pan add oil for frying. Then, add kaffir and salt and stir till it crispy
  3. Leave it cool for serving
